Partnership structuring and negotiation support is scoped after an intake call. Figures below are starting points in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST where applicable.
From AUD 4,800
Fixed project fee for a typical three-to-six-week engagement with partner interviews, a workshop, structure memo, and one revision cycle. Complexity, partner count, and travel for on-site sessions in Victoria may adjust the fee.
From AUD 1,950
Preparation package covering briefing, scorecard mapping, and meeting rehearsal. Live support on negotiation days is available at a day rate confirmed in the proposal.
From AUD 3,200
Fixed-scope review of roles, funding gates, and decision rights before capital moves. Includes a written findings note and a partner debrief.
From AUD 2,400
Per session block (two or three half-days). Venue hire outside East Yeoburn is billed at cost when a neutral room is required.
Project work usually begins with a fifty percent deposit and the balance on delivery of the agreed memo or session block. We issue a written proposal before any invoice. Fees are informational here; payment is arranged offline after you accept a proposal.
